This 2011 Brazilian drama, originally titled "O Abismo Prateado" follows Violeta, a 40 year old dentist in Rio de Janeiro. Her world is shattered by a voicemail from her husband, Djama, (Otto Jr.) informing her that he is leaving her and moving to another city. Devastated, she abandons her ordinary day and embarks on a journey through the streets and nightlife of Rio de Janeiro.
