Unfortunately this is not what you see if you watch the movie streaming on Dekko. They've reframed it so that you just see the top of Liev Carlos' head going back and forth. There is no indication that he's actually performing oral sex. I'd recommend just watching the scenes here and not bothering with the movie. There's little dialogue and the actors just aren't good at communicating anything via their face acting.
