Set in Taurus City within the United States of Europe in the year 2023. Uly (Andrea Zirio) is a disillusioned, drug-addicted veteran suffering from amnesia after fighting in a war in the Middle East. He escapes a seven-year imprisonment and returns home to find that his wife, Penelope, is being held by a local underworld boss named Mr. Ocean. Aided by a companion named Niko, Ulysses spends a single dangerous night combing through the dark city.
